American Groves Senior Living (IL & AL) was developed by ACC in Gilbert, Arizona, and opened its doors in January of 2021. The community serves as a sister facility to American Orchards (AL & MC), located just blocks away. Together, the two communities offer an integrated mix of independent living, assisted living, and memory care accommodations for local families. Featuring 89 custom-designed resident apartments, multiple dining options, a swimming pool, a theater, and a one-of-a-kind Center for Healthy Living, American Groves provides senior residents of Gilbert AZ a living setting that inspires the next chapter in a life well lived. The project site sits on 5 ½ acres and is directly adjacent to Gilbert High School. ACC engaged a highly renowned architecture firm, Allen + Philp and Partners Architects to complete the project design. American Groves reached maximum capacity by May of 2023.

American Orchards, built on 3 ½ acres in the heart of Gilbert, Arizona, was developed by ACC beginning with the land acquisition in 2013. Construction was completed in June 2016 and AO opened its’ doors to new residents in August of the same year. The community offers assisted living and memory care services in two separate and distinct buildings – The Sapwood Building, with 38 assisted living suites; and the Heartwood Building, with 35 memory care suites. The community is licensed for 97 total beds at the directed care level. American Orchards offers residents a truly unique living experience where uncompromised care, customized programming, and thoughtful, beautiful design all come together.

Countryside Living, located in Queen Creek, Arizona, opened its doors in June of 2020. The Assisted Living and Memory Care community offers 40 suites and was voted best of Queen Creek for Senior Living. A part of the unique programming for this community is equine therapy where residents have the opportunity to interact with horses and farm animals on a daily basis.
